Dr. Alisha Squires, DC
Dr. Alisha had a vested interest in the healthcare field from an early age, instilled by generations of nurses within her family, however she also knew that the allopathic approach to healthcare was not in everyone’s best interest.
She began her academic journey pursuing a B.S. in Exercise Science from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO. Upon graduating, she immediately found her passion for chiropractic working under the supervision of a fellow Logan University graduate as a chiropractic assistant. It was there she saw first-hand the effects of chiropractic and the tremendous impact it has on patients that would otherwise find themselves indefinitely prescribed on medication.
Just two short years into her career as a chiropractic assistant, she decided to pursue her interests further at Logan University to obtain her Doctorate in Chiropractic. With the support of her significant other amongst her family and friends, she graduated in December 2019, eager to share her expertise with the surrounding community.
Shortly before graduation, she married her now-husband, Zach. They can frequently be seen enjoying the best restaurants of the area and live music, of which Dr. Alisha is a devout follower of the St. Louis-based band, Ludo. When she’s not singing and dancing to her favorite musicals or participating in karaoke, Dr. Alisha enjoys binge-watching her favorite shows and enjoying Zach’s culinary creations.
Dr. Kelli Winarski, DC
Chiropractor
Dr. Kelli is a passionate chiropractor dedicated to helping families achieve optimal health and wellness through chiropractic care. Her journey into chiropractic began during her undergraduate studies in Biology when an injury while running led her to seek alternative care. Traditional medicine didn’t provide much relief, but chiropractic care helped her recover and get back to the activities she loves. This transformative experience inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic.
Dr. Kelli earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2009. She and Dr. David opened Family First Chiropractic (now Reclaim Chiropractic) in Columbia, MO in 2010, where she has been committed to helping families, particularly women, achieve their best health through proper planning, mindfulness, and chiropractic care.
In addition to her clinic work, Dr. Kelli is the founder of ChirosConnect Pro, a platform dedicated to supporting the chiropractic community and advancing patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Kelli enjoys staying active, particularly lifting weights, and spending time with her four children. She is committed to being involved in their lives while balancing her professional passions. She also enjoys hobbies like gardening and stained glass making and continually seeks to expand her knowledge through seminars in nutrition, chiropractic technique, and developmental neurology.
